Hulger HIDE and SPEAK

One of our favorite consumer electronics brands Hulger teamed up with luxury leather designer Bill Amberg to create what must be a quintessentially British collaboration, celebrating eccentricity, expertise and serious endeavour in equal measure. Hulger’s fine line in electronic irreverence meets the deft touch and elegance of luxury brand Bill Amberg. The result is a blend of quality craftsmanship, fine design and cultural resonance. Currently all the pieces are made to order, but they should be available from high end retailers (including yours truly) in select cities around the world shortly. All the models include the recently introduced bases (which we saw in Frankfurt a couple weeks ago and should quickly become a favorite) and are covered with luxurious leather’s and skins. The pictured maroon Penelope* Phone is covered in turquoise lizard and will retail for about £565.00. If you are in London between the 15th and the 20th of September, you should definitely pop by the Bill Amberg Showroom and see the marvelous pieces in action.
